Our story

The Lauderdale Group was founded in 2021 as a commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, development and consulting company, with a vision to raise the standard of commercial real estate in the Southeast.

The firm quickly built momentum by identifying promising opportunities for development and acquisition. Today The Lauderdale Group has been involved in projects across a diverse range of asset classes and seven Southeastern states, a record that reflects its versatility and its capacity to take on complex ventures.
